New firebreak lockdown for Northern Ireland from Friday

Driving instructors are not permitted to operate from Friday 27 November for two weeks.

The Northern Irish government has announced new restrictions to reduce the transmission of COVID-19 within the community.

These will be in place from 12:01am on Friday 27 November for two weeks.

Driver training is not permitted. The restrictions state: “Close contact services, such as hairdressers, beauticians, make-up and nails, tattoo and piercing parlours, tanning shops, massage, electrolysis, well-being and holistic treatments, and driving instructors are not permitted to operate.”
